just one more thing I over-eat...

This fruit dip rocks.  Seriously.  

After reading this, go to the store straight away and make some, you won't regret it.

 

The Best Fruit Dip in the World: (it's the technical name)

- One small container of Light Cool Whip

- One small container of Light Vanilla Yogurt

- One box of the fat free, sugar free pudding powder - Cheesecake flavor

 

Mix it all together, let it sit in the fridge for a little to set (though I can't wait so I skip this step), and enjoy!

My favorite fruits to dip are: Strawberries, Pineapple, Banana, Apple......probably any will work but judges have ruled that the strawberries are the best.

Hope y'all enjoy it as much as me because I need someone to share in my addiction to this treasure.

oh- but you "hate" cream cheese. (which I'm pretty sure you're lying about, because cream cheese is delicious)

yummy! not quite as "healthy": 1 block of cream cheese, 1 lg container of marshmellow cream...

what size vanilla yogurt container? the little cup size or the bigger ones??

hahaha, I'm not lying about not liking cream cheese Lindsay! Promise! I can *tolerate* it in cheesecake but if I think about there being cream cheese in there I get sort of nauseous...

plus, cool whip tastes.soooo.good :)

Chandra, it's the little individual size of yogurt. Maybe 8 oz?

Cream cheese on a bagel isn't so bad. It's not hiding—it's there in plain daylight.

Now, cheese that hides in dessert is just plain immoral. Cheese goes on your pizza. On your ham sammich. In your dessert? That's for communists. Ask yourself today: "Am I a communist?"

If you like cheesecake, or canolis, or other cheesy desserts, then your red arm band and Che Guevara biography are in the mail today, Comrade.
