So, Matt and I have had a couple of extra *luxuries* added to our lives recently.
It's really the small things in life that bring the most joy.
Matt gave me this big glorious thing for my first mother's day. The huge C-shaped pillow is *maybe* the best gift a pregnant woman can get.....I don't think I've slept so well since I was under anesthesia. Thank you Matt! The smaller pillow is just for Graham. It is a "belly wedge"....go ahead...laugh it up....only someone who's had an extra belly or does right now can truly appreciate with me. I'd say if the main goal here is be *fully* surrounded by pillows.....Mission accomplished.

With this summer heat/humidity....we came to the realization that we needed a ceiling fan. Matt insists that I'm putting off more heat at night because of my new HUGE pillow and such. I just think it's hot outside. Either way, the fan is a much welcome addition to our room.
*Matt just called me a "human incubator"
*I might go cry myself to sleep with the pillow.
Also, thank you Bryan for helping Matt get started with the fan

A belly wedge- I could use one of those! Where did you get it? It does make me laugh though bc your belly is SO tiny still! Give it a few more months and you'll be thankful you have it. :)
hahahaha, it's true, Graham doesn't fit all the way on it yet. I got it from Destination Maternity (truly the best store) - another friend said it was a great investment. soooo, you should get one, to enjoy for only another month :)
um... don't tell anyone about my dangerous pregnancy actions... but i definately made a friend of mine help me install a fan while andrew was out of town... picture me standing on the bed(and actually at one point- on a stool, on the bed) w/ my big ol' belly holding up a huge fan w/ light contraption.... man it was heavy!
luckily, elisha made it through my pregnancy just fine!

Bryan did the hard work – the initial wiring. He sees color codes. I see technicolor spaghetti.
I know you've told me about the pillow but no one warned me that it was so big! That thing looks like a giant eel on your bed in a sea of green. Just a question, how in the world does Matt fit on the bed with you and _______. Something that oversized has to have a name! Also, good job on the fan, Matt! Ahhhh, the first of many, many home projects for the new home owners. What a great feeling of accomplishment I'm sure.
That pillow is huge, but it looks amazing...the big L shaped one I mean, not the baby one...we're not in need of that ..... yet.....
