I have a friend, her name is Erin. We met when I lived in Wisconsin (yes, I lived in Wisconsin, it's way north. And cold in the winter.)
Anyway, we trained for and ran a marathon together. It was awesome! She's such a sweet friend in many ways. It's just sad we don't live closer.
She came to visit a few weeks ago and we packed in like a week long visit into 3 days. We went for a long walk, to the park, to the pool, stayed up too late...
And to a baseball game! Erin is a major Brewers fan. And baseball in general. We just had to see the gorgeous stadium. It didn't hurt that we got awesome seats!
Her first love is the Brewers. Don't forget.
And can't come to St. Louis without seeing the Arch.
If it wasn't like 300 degrees while she was here we'd have spent more time outside.
G made a new best friend in Erin. He was quite taken with her. He actually told her that she couldn't go home because he ate her car.
Since she has summers off, we're hoping to see each other more often. We miss you Erin!
