I got it in 8th grade. That was in 1997. Wow, 12 years ago.......wow.
Not every night, but maybe once a month or something. I put it in and see how bad it hurts. And if I wake up with sore teeth, then I wear it again that night.
Matt talks with a lisp to me when I have it in....and makes fun of me.
But who still has straight teeth?

There is no shame in wearing a dental appliance to bed.
At least that is what I say to myself each night when I look in the mirror after putting in my nite-guard. Yes, a nite guard. I grind my teeth:(
i wore it up until a year ago. the same thing happened with gabe, guys are jerks ha. but, with moving--i think it got tossed.

I still wear my retainer - well, just my top one. I cannot fit my bottom one in my mouth anymore and if I had worn it then I wouldn't have that problem. No shame girl - keep wearing it.

hahhahha i do the same thing. david calls me a high schooler. when i get a head ache from the pain & can only eat something super soft for bfast-i know i need to wear it more often.
I still wear my a couple nights a month...not going to waste all that $$ I put into getting them fixed!! I love my straight teeth!!
Bah, who needs straight teeth. I'm going for the 1970's British look.
